Scott Youngren grew up and lives in Fallbrook, thus he has seen first hand the numerous fires that have touched our beautiful countryside and property. At the 2007 Rice Fire he chose to stay at his hillside home and drove around Fallbrook back country for two days calling friends and clients on the status of their homes and those of their neighbors and loved ones.
